I made it a goal to talk with Toshiba and the HD DVD Promotions group during our CES coverage for the podcasts. However neither company could provide anyone to talk with us during our stay about what happens next. So there will be no Toshiba or HD DVD discussion within our coverage but in private off the record discussions it is clear that there is much to talk about and the towel is not being thrown in. I was told they want to talk facts and ignore the mud slinging that seems to be happening in some quarters of the AV Press at the moment, just so some publications can get a sensational story. We will be able to speak at length with them very soon for a podcast interview. Stay tuned for an announcement once I get word back that this is happening.
