    I have a Mission M7c2 centre speaker.
Where is the best position to place it?
I know obvioulsy in the centre, but at what height?
Should I have it the same height as the 2 front speakers?

    Regards

I have always had mune on top of the TV, although with my B&W CDM CNT i'm lucky the tv hasn't been crushed.

Attach the speaker with blue tac and enjoy, seems primative but it works great.

If possible, yes. If not, then just above or below your TV/screen

What about a purpose built strong shelf thats fixed to the wall behind the TV?...could therefore have the speaker flush with the top of the TV

Maybe but the TV may block some of the sound, it depends on how deep the TV/how far from the front of the TV the speaker will be, if you have to do it for astetic reasons then it should have fine if not perfect results. :smashin:

The problem is I can't fit the centre just under the TV and it won't sit on top.
With the shape of the TV I can hide any shelf brackets or supports.

I bought a shelf (Plastic) from a Door to Door company called Kleeneeze , it's made specifically for positioning on the TV, It also has adjustable legs on the back , so fits the slope of the TV....... approx. £18.00
