    Hi there wise ones,

I'm looking to buy a centre speaker. At the moment, I do have a fairly budget system, with Eltax liberty 5 front speakers, liberty something (i forget what) rear speakers, running off a Marantz SR-4300 amp. So I'm looking fo a centre to keep in with that sort of system, and not out perform it all and scew the sound.

Any recommendations? Budget of upto a couple of hundred.

    Hi there,

Most people here would recommend using the same brand/series for your center speaker to match them tonally.

The Liberty center speaker might be a bit hard to find now, as the series is a bit old. I looked for one over the net in the UK, to no avail. If you're in France, it's easier. No idea about other countries though

edit: haha just read your location... well, you might want to try fleabay... or richersounds... they stocked the series.
