Centre rear speaker, Put back in box?

Hi all,

Just recently got into all this and bought a sony Htddw800 6.1 surround sound system. Problem i've got is that the centre rear speaker is virtually above the optimum seating position.

Obviously i could move the couch a couple of feet forward when we watch a movie but the wife wont be too happy about that! Is it really worth the hassle or should i just take it down and put it back in box for another day/bigger house?

Thanks for any help!!

Go into the Sony's setup and disable the centre rear speaker (if possible). You won't miss much with just 2 rears.
