They share the same sub only.

Main speakers are different drive units, split on Celestion, concentric on Kef...

I've just read the Creative blurb at the URL you gave and I thought it is all explained there, i.e.
    # Each pod uses a 4 inch bass driver just like KEF KHT 2005
    # Each pod uses a metal dome tweeter just like KEF KHT 2005
Note it says "just like", NOT "from". They haven't told any lies )

Sound quality is perhaps more important with music, but it's no bad thing with movies either. This review thought they were good value for £850, if not quite a best buy, so for £400 they look like great value. They certainly won't be rubbish, but only you can decide if they are for just what you want )

the review was positive about them at £850 so at £360 (the price at unbeatable) looks like a great buy :D
i wonder if anyone in leeds has them on demo?

    i've got the avp 305

they're made in the same factory as the kef eggs and share some of the components.

the sub is a rebranded PW2000 and the speakers are more comparable to 2005.1 rather then Mk2.

They don't sound as good as the kef 2005.2 for music. But I wouldn't say there's a hudge difference.

Overall excellent sounding speakers and a good all rounder. I'm supprised that they're not more popular.......

at 360 excellent value for money. :smashin: :smashin:

The package coupled with the floorstanders sounds very nice with movies. It's a bit dry with music, but they're definitely a good buy. I wouldn't get satellites at the front if you can help it, especially when the glass floorstanders look so cool.
