Nope there search is one of the worst i have ever come across.

It finds things when it feels like it :(

The only way i can think of is going through the menu system e.g

Browse Catalogue and then pick your Letter etc

Hope that helps :)

It's gotta be better than what I'm doing at the moment.
1) typing a title into the search box not getting what I want so then going to Play, DVDPacific or Movietyme and ordering from them.

or

2) following a link that someone else posts and if it's something I want ordering it there and then so I don't lose it.

Agreed.
Search for "Sin City" and you get sex and the city, Sim City video games but not the exact 7 letters I searched for.
Bizarre.

It is very woeful, i have even emailed them to tell them they are losing custom due to it, but they have not even replied.

I have to agree with you all. I wrote to them last year about the ridiculous results you get from simple searches. Their response was that they were working on improving the search facility. It's obviously not happened.

I find for the likes of "Sin City" do a search word by word, "Sin" will find sin city. Though when I wanted to find "R3 War of the Worlds" had to search for "War of the World" !!
