ordered R2 Ice Age from them and they have sent R4.
Will this work on a normal un-hacked player and if not will they take it back?

I'm pretty sure that the R4 version is encoded for both R4 and R2 zones, therefore it will play on your player. IF for some reason it doesn't, you have a right to refund.

    I hope this helps

Had the same with Lord of the Rings...

Contacted the CD-Wow custoemr care address and received a response within the hour stating that they were dual encoded - but if I experienced any problems then to contact them again.

First rate customer service from CD-wow.

Agreed, had to send back my LotR as my TV won;t play NTSC and they didn't have a problem even though it was totally my own fault. Just hope it gets to them now...
