2 items which are released today and which I've had on pre-order haven't been sent yet - very un-CD-wow like - they're usually very much on the ball :(

Coldplay Live DVD and Pearl Jam Lost Dogs CD BTW

They also seem to be using a different payment operator - still waiting to see if my confirmation e-mail charging me €5.50 is right as opposed to the £5.50 I think I've spent!!!

Worldpay have been under attack by hackers for over a week now, there's a link to a brief story about on one of the other "cd-wow late delivery" threads...

Either way, my X2 has now been despatched which is nice. And the new payment system seems fine.

That's because they know very well that most of their DVDs are only delayed and will be delivered soon. But if they send out replacements for every DVD that is stuck they will lose a hell of a lot of money. esp since most people won't send their 2nd disc back once it actually arrives.

It may be that they're not that slow after all. I received the email yesterday confirming despatch of X2, but the delivery status screen from the CD-Wow website hasn't been updated yet.

    Don't panic too much!
