[Edited out by Spectre - Sory folks - CD WOW have created the voucher for a specific group of people and would rather we didn't publish it.]

You have to email cd-wow to cancel a pending order, but they will do so with no problem at all. You can do so via their contact section on the site itself.

If you used a voucher, tell them, and they will email you a replacement voucher.

    That's good service :smashin:

I did the same :) Be aware that it's the Canadian release with a nice shiney bi-lingual cover and double sided disc (widescreen one side, full screen on the other).

Same here. Must have spent well over £150 at CD-WOW since September.

Just got The Italian Job (R1) for £12.49! Saves me spending £3.75 at the cinema (and having to go out!), plus I get to keep the film!

    Thanks to poster.

I take it as so many of us are using this method at the moment that CD-WOW must surely have spotted this ? So I'm presuming their considering the increase in sales worth the slightly smaller profit for each DVD sold ?

Can someone explain a little more about customs friendly. I think the limit is £18 but do some of the suppliers get round this and is that what you mean. If so, who else is customs friendly? (and who is not?)

Is anyone having problems receiving a voucher from cd-wow for the £1.50 off? I've just used 3 different e-mail addresses, got confirmation that the voucher is on it's way, but haven't got a damn thing!

    ...is it all over???

apply for it again, you will either be sent another or be told that you have had one sent to that e-mail address.

I'm being informed that I've !already requested a voucher" ...trouble is, none of them have come...that makes 7 e-mail addresses between my friend and I, but not a single voucher has turned up yet!!

...I ordered the first one this morning and the last one just now :(

    ...anyone else care to try?

Most are Yahoo e-mails, they're all receiving mail...just not from cd-wow!!

...they're either having a few problems or they've cottoned on and put a stop to it!!!
