    Hi folks,
I want to use a kitchen cupboard for a cd player and amp to drive a couple of Anthony Gallo speakers placed on top of the cupboards.
It's for quiet music over dinner in our kitchen/dining room. No room or real need for a subwoofer.
I'll drill a hole in the cupboard top for power in and speaker cables out.
They are standard cupboards with an internal depth of 26.5 cm. Width and height aren't going to be an issue, I don't expect.
Budget of £300 for both units tops. That price is for very heavily discounted items which I'll get from a retailer friend. We're looking at maybe £400-£500 SRP.
    Any recommendsations appreciated.
