I know £100 is peanuts when it comes to ICE but I'm asking on behalf of a friend with limited funds. She's left it in my hands to find her a good unit for less than 3 figures. I was looking at the Sony CDXL480X from Empire Direct or Unbeatable which is around the £90 mark at the moment. Looks well featured for the price, anyone know of anything better or alternative (ie. cheaper!) stockists? Thanks!

If it's a cheap! head-unit you are after, this http://www.incarexpress.co.uk/focus.php3?partno=CDXL280 doesn't seem too bad.
    It's a Sony CDX-L280 4x45w CD Tuner at £69.99 inc. VAT
They also have the model you specified for the same amount as unbeatable I believe.
I've used this company before, and my order came next day. Very happy.
