After increasing the CCTV (8MP) camera recording resolution and rebooting the NVR, I am presented with black screen saying 'out of range'. I guessed that the monitor was not capable of displaying the increased resolution(?). Tried a video output to monitor via RCA connector, no change. Connected HDMI output to HD screen and still black screen. The outcome is that I am unable to revert the camera resolution to the original setting nor can I reset the NVR to factory setting. Incidentally, the Aspect logo does appear briefly on screen before disappearing into the black abyss. All suggestions welcome.
