I went and purchased new speakers yesterday to upgrade from Kef Kht 1005
to a pair of Kef cresta 3's and Kef Q6C centre, but when I tried to run auto setup on my 1906 the front left channel played the test tone and then came up with "caution FL" and will not run the rest of the setup.

Anyone have any ideas or solutions to this.

    Thanks

    1. Wrong cabelling /reversed polarity, short-circuit, etc./
    2. Bad speaker cables.
    3. Bad speaker.
    4. Bad receiver /least possible/

    Did you sort it??

My thoughts would be to swap a few of the speakers round to see if it's a speaker problem or cable problem.

The 1906 auto setup often detects Kef speakers as out of phase due to the uniQ drivers for some reason. You should be able to skip past that error message I think.
