Did anyone watch this after Extras, it was well funny, had me in stitches.
Nan was funny, about getting her tv fixed. Better than Extras. (different type of show).

The woman at the parties was also good. And the Ginger place.

Its about time the serious threat to the nation possed by the Gingers was given prime time. For too long this insideous threat has been swept under the carpet. Segregation is the only way to go...as this insightful and thought provoking documentary clearly showed

    :D

Agree (twice in one day?!), pure class.

Didn't think much of extra and only saw the beginning of CT show and turned off - sounds like I should of continued watching. But at least I manage to remember that Huff been repeated so will try and watch that this time around.

Was also glad to see an advert for the second series of Smoking Room (Tuesday 26 July at 9.30pm)

    Hi,

I tried watching Catherine Tate's show again, and it's got to be the most UNFUNNY comedy show ever! :thumbsdow

It's crass, stereotypical, totally devoid of any kind of humour, and has so many rip-off characters from other (better) shows/comedians.

Truly appalling, and as surprise that she's managed to get a second series out of the BBC.

I agree - this was very, very poor...saw it last week, there was a sketch where she was suppoed to be a stroppy school kid, been done before, better, and this sketch was way too long, I turned it over after a while...

extras's tho, is good, but missed this weeks!

I have to agree with Pooch and Cat. Quite what we are expected to laugh at I don't know. It's yet more juvenile 'humour' which may go down well with 15-year-olds, but grates like hell on the more mature mind. A lot of it had a slightly nasty edge, and most of it seemed like a second-rate rip-off of Little Britain, which itself is (in my opinion) unfunny and seedy.
    A definite :thumbsdow

I only saw 2 bits of it last night and both were about the dog trainer and you could spot what was coming not a mile off but 10 miles off.

havinf worked in video for a long time the only things i dont recommend to punters is comedy what make me laugh doesn't make you laugh.

i think shes very funny and very inventive.

but hey each to their own.

Like most sketch shows it's a bit hit and miss. Some of it is very funny, but the Dog Trainer bit was poor, although I liked the Studley reference at the start (local humour, sorry!) Like GaryD though, what is worrying is I tune into BBC2 now from 9.00pm to 10.30pm on a Thursday!! Whatever next.....ITV!
