Earlier downloading/watching the recent 3 part series 'The Widower' and was 25mins through the 3rd part when it unexpectedly reached the 'end of programme'. Checked the info and it said 25mins 'No broadband'. On Demand & broadband service was working fine but it wouldn't load the rest of the episode. Anyway, getting it from another net source but just wondered if anyone else has had this sort of thing happen.

There have been all sorts happening with various catchup services on their On Demand service this last week. Don't worry, it's not your box, just their rickety service.

Actually apart from this blip, I've found the catchuip services to be of very high quality. Only really used a bit of iplayer and ITV, but especially with ITV, having no adverts is a real bonus to watching anything.

If it is still in your undeleted folder it will not download it again, you would have to remove it from the deleted folder to download it again.

When you press TV guide and then select the planner "all" will be highlighted, press the left arrow and it will move to the deleted section. You then have the option to permanently delete the programme or to recover it if it has been deleted but you want to view it again.

Thanks Hedgehog :)

('thanks' and other such buttons have suddenly disappeared for me mods)
