Catch up tc - Iplayer etc

Is there a media player which will enable this for under £100? Not blu ray or set top box?

I have a htpc but want something for my father in law to watch catch up tv which is simple to use, a htpc would be overkill. ta

Sony SMP-N200 has iPlayer, 5 on Demand, but it's missing 4oD and ITVplayer.
