Cat6 Cable for HDTV

Hi

I'm about to start a full renovation of my property and want to flood the house with Cat6 cable both both HD TV and also ethernet.

Can anyone recommend the correct type of Cat6 cable that I would require please?

Basically choose copper not CCA (copper coated aluminium), that stuff is nowhere near as good.
Also buy from a retailer not eBay, too much CCA is sold as copper.
