Hi Guys, looking to wire up my house with Cat5e, so im after a reel or 2 of solid cable, and some wall/face plates, would prefer 2 or 4 port ones.

What you got and how much?

    Location: West Midlands

I had the same done by a leccy a few weeks ago. I've got a spare reel of cable but not sure how much is left. I'll send pics later if you want? It's Cat5e, he brought it in a BT box so reasonable stuff.

Cool, I'll take a look when home. I'm in South Wales/Bristol, but happy to throw it in a post bag via Hermes if it's any good to you. Don't worry about any cash, just a couple of quid to cover postage?

Here's a picture. No markings for length. Too long to measure! 20171107_183016.jpg

Only difference between Cat5e and CAT6 is shielding. CAT6 has plastic shielding between the 4 twisted pairs, CAT5e doesn't. Any domestic user is unlikely to see a difference in performance.

Both have the same twisted pairs :)

@AMCross Thank you for you interest, I have no problem selling them to another interested buyer. However this is @avscouse 's wanted thread and it looks like he would like them.

@avscouse Drop me a PM and we'll arrange payment and postal details
