Does anyone have any feedback regarding these speakers, and where would the best place be to purchase a pair?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Yes, I have auditioned these...

They through a wide soundstage with a wonderful midband and delicate highs; bass is rather small but is tight and accurate.

    A great all-arounder indeed!

Totally agree with this comment. Finish and build quality is exquisite, as is the the soundstage, both in width and depth. Position as close as you can to wall for increased bass (which will not be bags full anyway).

I own a pair, and auditioned several others. Face to face against dynaudio audience 42, which are near 50% more expensive, they only lost in the bass depth department (depth, not quality!). But I do not think they are so light-bass, and what they deliver is very well tuned. Just missing the extra "grunt" sometimes, which I can get via my subwoofer. This adds a bit of ambience with music (unless you listen to stuff with really deep bass), and the entertainment factor with movies. They are great for the price anyway.
When I place them near the wall, the bass sounds artificially enhanced, and the "sound image" is flat. Step by step (and leaving them for days at different distances), I ended up placing them about 60 cm away until the image was good and the bass balanced. But room acoustics is tricky, and it will be different for you.
Of course, their finish is a BIG plus.
    Best regards,

    Alberto
