Not sure if many people caught last year's 2-parter, The Point of Rescue, adapted from the novel by Sophie Hannah ... nevertheless thought I'd mention that Case Sensitive returns for a new 2-parter this week, The Other Half Lives, adapted from another Sophie Hannah novel (she's written 7 psychological crime novels featuring Simon Waterhouse and Charlie Zailer)
Episodes 1 and 2 are at 9pm this Thursday and Friday on ITV1.
I enjoyed the first series both for the story and the odd relationship between Zailer and Waterhouse ... Darren Boyd is great in this straight role (probably because Waterhouse is a little strange)Case Sensitive - ITV1 Drama

Alarm bells ring when DS Charlie Zailer (Olivia Williams) is asked to check a friend's new partner for a criminal record.
Joined once more by DC Simon Waterhouse (Darren Boyd), what follows is an investigation littered with thwarted dreams and murderous jealousy, as Zailer's suspicions force her to take erratic steps to keep the case on track and her friend safe from harm.
