I have been unable to remove the top of the case of my Sky+ box. It has some sort of security screws fastening it. They are star shaped with a pin in the middle. Does anyone know the type of screwdriver I need to remove these screws?

    They're called 'TORX'.

There are two types available; normal, and security. You need the security type.

The best option, and cheapest, is to buy the set of bits (the ones that fit in magnetic screwdrivers or drills).

I bought this set a short while ago and found it to be invaluable.

It is available from Maplin electronics, either in store or online.
