Hi folks, father in law wanted ipad 2 for Christmas so picked one up second hand yesterday. It came with the official magnetic screen cover which is nifty but he would also need some kind of pouch/ protective bag to store it in when not in use. Any recommendation for a bag with would still allow the magnetic cover to be used? Cheers mick

Why not just get a rear snap on cover like the incipio feather or one of the many others to choose from. That will give protection for the back and the smart cover on the front :)

Perfect sorry complete noob regarding IPads. Best black rubberised version that works with magnetic cover?

Not sure on the other options but I use an Incipio feather. There's a huge thread in the iPad accessories section about cases so you'll probably find some other good options in there :)

If you have the smartcover already you can go for the switcheasy coverbuddy.
If you want a folio I can advice you the switcheasy Canvas.

Belkin also do a nice Snap-on rear case that works with the smart covers, it's only about £15 from places like PC World, Carphone warehouse.. I've had 2 now on 2 different iPad 2's and they offer Good far protection and work well with the smart cover :smashin:

Check out Currys- the Goji Snapcase clear is reduced to £4.99. Works with the smartcover.
