Capturing stills from a DVD

    I have Pinnacle Clip editing card in my PC and firewire connection to Philips DVD890 recorder.

    CAn I take stills from DVD's either from the recorder or from my PC DVD drive?

    IF so how, Please?

    I use PowerDVD to do this sort of thing, it has a built in tool to do exactly this from the PC DVD drive.

    Power DVD, press C whilst playing. Make sure you set to Bitmap (not clipboard) and a set dir.

    About 1MB per file.
