I have a capture card for my pc and I can capture video no problem.

However when I play it back on my pc the sound is fine, but when I put the whole thing on to disc for use in my divx/xvid etc.... dvd player the sound sort of breaks up or makes funny noises.??

Could someone please help me find out where I am going wrong

    thanks

I forgot to mention I have used loads of different capture programs and have had the same problem with all of them. I checked my cables and had the capture card checked but to no avail.

Dont use capture cards but I do use DivX player.

I had several problems with video and audio, once the firmware was upgraded (manufacturers homepage usually) these were sorted.

    May be worth a shot.

    Cheers

Couldnt find the firmware, but I found an updated driver and put that on. That got the sound issues sorted but bu:censored:ed up the picture (just turned the whole thing green)

I then uninstalled all the new codecs that I put on restarted and tried again. Finally after almost a year of having this card it worked

Thank you very much for your help :)
