I have recevied a professional DVHS copy from an HD Content distributer. I frequently use CapDVHS to copy the mpeg2 ts from a DVHS deck to the PC. I use MyHD MDP-120 with software and driver v1.65 to play back these mpeg2 TS files.

I have a new video that when copied, does not have dialogue in the audio track. If I use VLC I can manually select audio track 2 and then I have all the proper audio including the dialogue. However, MyHD, or VLC will not play audio track 2. VLC will by manually, duriign playback, select audio track 2.

Is there a way that I can fix this so either MyHD will automatically play audio track 2, or remove the bum audio track 1, or switch audio track 1 and 2 around so the file plays back correctly?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't you strip out the unwanted audio stream with hdtvtompeg2?
