Can't work out why iPhone backup is so large

My iPhone backup was always a few GB but suddenly it's shot up to over 10!

I can't work out why. I don't back up any photos or videos and have deleted the backup and started again but it's the same.

I can't find anything that would be consuming so much space??? Any ideas.

Scroll down on that list in the screenshot, you’ll see exactly what’s taking up all the space? It doesn’t appear to be any of the apps in the screenshot, perhaps there’s something if you scroll down

Just did a quick Google and this came up.
“On the iCloud storage screen, go to Manage Storage and then Backups. Here you can delete Backups for a specific device. To fix the large backup issue: Delete all backups, log out of iCloud, log back in and do a fresh backup”

Maybe you’ve got backups from old devices on there too? As above you can delete them and just have the backup for your current phone, and delete the rest, if indeed there is more backups. There must be something to delete as it doesn’t appear you’ve got a great deal of data on your phone right now

Just tried that and re backup up and again huge file. It's not a previous backup it's literally the backup file from my current phone

I cannot work it out. Unless there's a video sync somewhere that I can't find. I've even turned off everything and it's still creating a 10GB backup!

That’s weird, I don’t know why it’s doing that, there must be something we’re missing, but I’m not sure what it is.
Do you have an Apple store local you could pop into? You wouldn’t even need to book an appointment, you could just go up to a member of staff and ask the question, they will be able to tell you exactly what’s going on hopefully.
