    Sup people?

Im having trouble getting a picture for my dreamcast when i hook it up to my tv.

When i connect it through the rf connection, i cant get a picture or sound on any channel.

at the moment, i have my gamecube, xbox and vcr, connected through scart.

what could i be doing wrong?

Not wishing to sound daft but have you tried tuning the tv in to the signal?
some time an auto tune wont do it and you have to tune it in manualy. Other than that you could try getting an svideo or rgb scart lead for it and go directly into the tv that way(if you have the inputs of course.) you will find that the picture quality will improve as well :)

Try plugging it in to the RF input of your VCR, tune your VCR so it finds it's frequency, then go to the AV screen your VCR is set on. That should work.
Or, plug the VCR into your TV with it's R/F lead and autotune to that - it might find it and most consoles use the same radio frequency as VCRs.

Next day delevery from ebay? Thats quick.
Still as long as the seller has alot of postive feed back it should be ok. You will find that the picture with an rgb scart lead for the dream cast will be a lot better than the rf unit, plus it will alow any games that have the option to run at pal 60 to be displayed in colour.( most newer tvs with scart input should be able to do this, not all however)

most of the sellers use 1st class anyway, i think!

anyway, the stuff ive bought from there has always arrived the next day if the seller has posted it first class the day before.
