    Hi

I don't know if this was the original post question but someone had asked about a Sony TV and if it would fit in their alcove in a thread a little while back, I'm sure it was a Sony KV36FS76 (not 100%)

then someone posted pics of their Sony TV with sizes written on and everything, good size pics too and a few of them showing depth width etc that they had written on in a Paint program

I cannot find the thread anymore but it's from December sometime

I'm hoping someone has the link cos I've just spent ages searching through the threads and can't find it, or the guy who posted the pics knows that they were his pics

cos I would like to see them again

It's probably another make (maybe Toshiba), but I'm sure it will turn up anyway

    cheers

no, I cancelled order from Unbeatable after 2 weeks of waiting :(

I've ordered one from John Lewis instead to get 5 year guarentee and I'm armed to the hilt with pricematching ammo for when it comes back in stock :D

but I wonder when they are gonna come in stock?

I'm watching on one of those 20" LG designer TV's at the moment :(

anything from as low as £1360 upto say around £1500

so if they knock me back I'll just give them the next one up in price

you have upto 28 days after purchase to pricematch also

    Yeah I know :D

Got my FX66 from them and the tv is great. but i am now tempted to have one of those aswell now so all I do is move this FX66 into our bedroom LOL which would replace the 25" standard tv

All depends really and I have not seen this one on show anywhere really.

Is it new or just no one got them in even not on show

I wondered if we were talking about the same TV, as I just assumed you had seen my other posts regarding the FS76

I did look at getting the 44" RPG but after seeing the 36" CRT I went for that instead

I'm still tempted for the 44" but I'll see what happens with JL 1st and how soon they get a FS76 in stock

Well I was tempted to get a 44" RP tv but I dont think i have one I prolly end up saving for the next few month and go a further step. and have a Projecter and Screen.

I am not in a rush anyway this FX66 doing me great for time being.

Also this PX2 is not on sony site so i wonder if they have stopped making them or have they just come out

What is it with these RPTV'S?

I've not looked at them in depth but whenever I've passed one in Comet or suchlike the picture appears to deteriorate as you move off centre, similar to a poor LCD screen?

Hence whenever I hear RPTV mentioned I immediately think nice big screen but crap picture.

    Is this not true?

    On your marks....

I agree, look great in size but side by side to a CRT there's just no comparision in picture quality from any angle

p.s. Bam, did you get my PM? got some info for you

Yes I agree about viewing from any angle which is one of the things I would have to concider if I went ahead for one.

Hence the reason thinking of saving and going for a nice kit instead.

I dont think I rush as there plenty of time. As i got my FX66 with no BUZZ :smoke:
