I'm in the same boat, looking for one in the brighton area.

PC World website has live stock apparently, but nothing changing here :(

I am in the same boat although I only want to buy from apple for their customer service should I have any problems etc. I put my name down for a 32GB 3G but don't know how long I will have to wait before I can pick one up from the store.

I'm getting impatient, dont know if I should just wait until Apple store gets 32GB 3G in stock or just go PC World and see if they have any in stock.

I woudn't get the same service as i would from Apple should I experience any problems though.

You can take it to Apple genius bar if you have problems, doesn't matter where you bought it.

I've taken a MBP I got from Dixons and 2 iPhones from o2 there

When you come in to pick it up, we'll have Specialists ready to help you with free Personal Set-up so you can start enjoying your iPad straightaway.

I dont know if means i will get one soon or they send same e-mail to everyone on the list

Just got back from Brighton Apple store with a shiny 64Gb 3G model, they had a few of these according to the sales chap - nothing else though.

Just picked up a 32GB 3G from PC World Cambridge, they've had a delivery of all variants.

Also Cambridge Apple Store has a load of 64GB 3G's (about 15 this morning)

A ring around the London stores today revealed no 3Gs in the bigger capacities. Requests for the case brought howls of laughter (not really, but they might as well have). Thurrock Lakeside claimed to be down to their last few 64GB 3Gs, and suggesed that they expected to be sold out in the time it would take to drive there from central London. They are also out of cases now.

They all offer the wait list option. But I wonder about that. Are they recycling returned ipads to feed the waitlist? If not, where are the coming from?

My local Apple store said that orders were pretty much being fulfilled in 48 hours occasionally 72. They did seem to take pleasure that the US supply situation was worse though …

My 32GB 3G model is on it's way from China.

It's been from China to Hong Kong to Germany to Thailand back to Germany and is currently in India. It's supposed to be here on Monday.

I wish I'd just got in the car and driven 2 hours to the nearest Apple store now.
