Can't donwload SW Battlefront after Upgrading from PS4 to PS4Pro

Recently wiped my PS4 sold it and then bought a PS4 Pro.

All my games are available to download apart from Star Wars Battlefront, which is the only game I purchased using a specific Starwars Battlefront Code from CDKeys.
It doesn't show up under purchases and when I go to the store I have to buy it.
I presuming because I didn't buy it from the store but redeemed a specific Code for that game it doesn't count as a purchase as you redeem game codes else where and not through the checkout.
Doesn't show up in my account on the web as a purchase either.

Anyone have any ideas how I might be able to re-download, I'm at a loss.

 

Did you use a US code ? If so you will be on your US account library not the UK one.

 

Yes I went via my US account, all my other purchases are there and I can download and play no problem. Battlefront is nowhere to be found but that was purchased with redeem code rather than via the trolley.

 

Are you logged into your US PSN account on your PS4 Pro when you try to download the item?

Is your PS4 Pro set as the Primary account for your US PSN account?

If you go to the PSN/SEN store and login with your US PSN account is the game there under purchase history or download history?

 

Yes PS4 Pro is active, its not showing under purchase history as it doesn't seem to count as a purchase....I will have a look for download history. cheers.

 

Checked in Downloads and its not there, mind you quite a few games weren't showing up in my list...seems the only way to get it is to buy it again
