I've got about £70 to spend on a graphic card, which i will mostly use to view tv/dvd but now and again i would want to play games. I have sort of decided on 2 cards but need help in deciding which one. Its either the 'Sapphire ATI HD 3850 512MB GDDR3' or the 'HiS HD 4670 IceQ Turbo', anyone got any views?

Cheers

The 4670 IceQ will be quieter and lower on power consumption whilst offering similar performance in games.

If it were just for games, it would be a close call and I'd suggest making it based on price, but given that media playing is important to you that pushes the 4670 IceQ in front.
