Cant connect to Freeview Play.

I don't normally use Freeview Play so I can't say for sure how long this has been an issue. When I click on the Freeview Play button on my remote I get a black screen with an error message saying "Can't connect to the server. Please try again later".

It has been say this since last week when I first noticed it.

My network connection is fine, my Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime subscriptions all work perfectly.

Have you reset your TV recently? I did and I found I had to go into the TV settings and set the country to UK, as the default country setting was another country that does not use freeview... Once set to the UK it worked perfectly.

Spot on mate. It had defaulted to Germany, I changed it to UK and voila! Thanks.
