Cant acess notification sounds any more

I have a Samsung Tab A 2017, If i go into settings sounds notifications it closes with a message saying android process media has stopped.

I trired everything I could think off then I saw this setting:
Reset everything to their defaults
I then turned off the tablet took out the sd card turned it back on and all the sounds came back, so put the card back in and all is fine.

Took me hours to figure that out.
