Can't access planner rebuild

I've seen a number of posts on here that point to

Services, 4, 0, 1 (in quick succession) taking you to a menu where you can do a planner rebuild.

However when I do this nothing happens after the 4!

I need to do this badly as my box is reporting 89% capacity when there's nothing on there and I missed Grey's Anatomy because of it!!!

Any ideas?
