New Thread ? New numbers.

Some long expsoures shots from St Giles Fair last night. I had no idea what I was doing i.e.

The ride was in between spinning and lowering itself back down, hence the light show. f/22, 25 second exposure, ISO 100.

This one is meant to be wonky before Jim starts getting his protractor out..

I have some more to edit, trying to judge the white balance is tricky..

Great shot Rob. I'd be tempted to crop a bit more of that cloud out at the top though.

Rob, nice one, looks like a candidate for the photo comp this month, theme "shaddows and light" !

I always forget to actually post in these threads. I took a few shots of the Tour of Britain that started in Ipswich yesterday, and they practically rode passed my house, so would have been rude not to step outside and take a few snaps.

Number 3 happened to be part accident and part chance, I was lucky to get it when I did and then noticed the dogs! Flickr description for full info :D

Thought I'd post this one I took on Saturday of a local reservoir. I took quite a few and this was probably one of the best. And I hope I've resized it properly!

Took this one of my son today...he's a bit small to get up to the required speed on the roundabout to blur out the background but I was quite pleased with the result to say it was a bit of a point-and-shoot moment :)

Really like them all - especially the bike (?) - the bird and the mono stairs - numbered shots are easier to target comments on :)
