    Hi all!

I connected the MV550i to the I.Link on my VAIO PCG-F403 on Windows 98 SE, installed the Digital Video Editing Kit (Presto VideoWorks) but I can not get the video onto my pc. It seams the system doesnt recognice the camera.

    What could be wrong?

    Any help highly appreciated!
    Thanks in advance!

What error message(s) are you getting when the camera is connected?
What error message(s) do you get from the software when trying to capture?
Can you see the cam from System devices in Control Panel?

Make sure that the cam is connected and switched on before you start the capture/editing software.

Are you connecting the cam via a 6pin (at PC) to a 4pin (at cam) DV cable or a USb etc. cable? Only a DV cable will work. USB etc is only for stills.

What is your inside leg measurement :D
(No I don't really need that one! :rotfl: )

Sorry about all the questions, but this just might let us narrow down where the problem lies.

    Mark.
