I have just upgraded to Windows 7 and installed Canon Easy-PhotoPrint EX. However it says that it cant print because a compatible printer is not installed. I use a Canon Pixma Pro 9000 which worked fine with this software on Windows XP. Can anybody help?

Welcome to the forums :thumbsup:

Was your XP 64bit by any chance?
If so, that uses a different driver;

PIXMA Pro9000

Number 3 on the list, is the one you want.

Instructions to install;

PIXMA Pro9000

If you've already done that, I'd uninstall and then install it again.
You may need to boot the computer before the printer will work, even if it doesn't tell you too.

When I follow the instructions above it all seems to go ok however when I plug the printer back in it seems to automatically loadn the incorrect driver again.
