I recently posted an message about three models the JVC GR-DVL767, Sony DCRTRV18 and the Canon MV550i.

Everyone seems to say out of the JVC and Sony the JVC is far better, but the Canon boasts a 22x Optics zoom? surely this makes it a cracking contented?

I also checked out the JVC GR-DV3000, which looks like a nice camera.

Can anyone shed some light on a good, NOT "Which camcorder should I buy", camera around £800 - £900 MAX price tag.

    cheers

The JVC GR-DV3000 is very much like the GR-DV2000 that I made the mistake of buying. the tape is bottom loading, the buttons are small, the in/out is through a small, delicate box (Mine came broken), my accessory mic came broken too. You can use the mic, photo light, or video light but not any 2 together.
