Could somebody please help me with the following as I am ready to tear my hair out!!

I have a Vaio VGX XL-100 hooked up to my plasma and have it configured correctly in the way that I can see the desktop screen.

My problem is when I click on a video file to play in Windows Media Player, it does not show the whole of the picture. It seems like it is zoomed in on the centre of the picture and misses the perimeter information of on all 4 sides.

I have transfered the same video files onto my laptop, other PC's and it shows the whole picture everytime. It must be a setting within media player that I need to adjust but I have spent several hours messing about and can still not get it to display correctly.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Right click in media player whilst the video is playing and mess around with the option.

right-click>Video Size> and then change the following:
-Fit Player to Video on Resize

Try it, although it may not work.

    Thanks Navq for the reply.

Unfortunately I have already tried this and it doesn't make a difference, thanks anyway.
