Good Morning, I have just brought a samsung led tv (UE22D5000N) with built-in freeview. I live in a flat which has a main ariel, however the reception is rubbish through that, i do get better receptiin when using an non amplified ariel. However still a fuzzy and snowy picture and also no freeview channels. I do have sky in one room but i don't want multi room. Any suggestions on how i could get a clear analog and digital signal without spending a small fortune? Many Thanks Martin

1. Check, using the Samsung on the main aerial point in the flat.... one in a bedroom may be connected to nothing?

2. Check with neighbours in the block to see if they have OK analogue and/or digital reception from the aerial.

3. Check with Landlord or Building Maintenance company that communal aerial is working OK to your flat, and whether or not is is ready for digital TV (some need upgrading).

4. Avoid room / set-top aerials - they seldom give good results.
