Cannot do factory reset

Hey Everyone,

I just got my LG C1 55 inch. I updated it just now, and it seems as though it doesnt activate HDR like it used to before the update. When I started a game on my ps4 pro before the update, it automatically switched to HDR and the screen became brighter. Now, after the update, it doesnt do anything. I have HDR enabled on my ps4, so it must be the update. I tried to do the factory reset, but it doesnt work; i mean it cleans everything in terms of apps and I have to put in my wifi password all over again, but it doesn't roll back the update. I checked this, because after the ''reset'' I went to settings and then ''check for software update'', it says no updates have been found.

What do I do?

A factory reset doesn’t roll back the update, it simply wipes the settings

Oh ok! Damn...well does anyone know how to roll back the drivers? Or any fix on how to get HDR working normally again? At this point I wish I didn't update it.

You can’t roll back or install previous firmware versions
