hello i hope i am in the right thread,i have got 20 avi files of the t.v. program Fringe which comes to 2.83 gb but when i try to copy to a dvd using Imtoo/express burn they seem to copy but when i play on my Panasonic dvd player i cannot see anything on my Panasonic t.v.
also i did get a msg saying the files could not fit on the dvd even though they are only 2.83 gb ?
i am using windows vista.
does anyone know of a program i can use to copy all 20 files to a dvd which will allow me to play on my dvd player and t.v. please?
thank you.

Also I doubt that 20 files will fit on a DVD, how big is each file?

Even the SD caps off broadcast episodes edited are around 350meg a piece using an mpeg4 codec, hate to think what the PQ is like if 20 comes in at under 3g:)
As mentioned if the software app is converting to DVD format even at a low bitrate then it's no surprise they won't fit on DVD and while if sub 3gig is correct burning a data disk still requires the DVD player to recognise the wrapper/codec used.
