Cancelling Sky

Was a sky member and then cancelled and then have joined about a month ago again but just done a house move in that time and gave realised I can get virgin

Is there anyway I can cannel sky now, I only gave tv package

If it's before installation, I don't see why you can't just phone them up and cancel.
