Just tried to phone to cancel my sub. 3 options. Press 1 to upgrade your package, 2 to 'discuss' downgrading or 3 to cancel. I press 3 and low and behold get piped music for 10 minutes. I wonder how long I would have to hold if I pressed 1? Typical cynical marketing ploy. So, I dropped them an email with my details and have cancelled the direct debit instead. Freeview here I come. Glad I'm finally not giving any more money to Sky.
