Cancelling Migration?

hi all

recently, begining of april i signed up to isp at a show on a whim really. iv had no contact since then about my migration, no router or email and now i see i can get fibre apparently (samknows said late 2013, for awhile now).

the isp has terrible fibre package/price but great adsl price so thats why i chose that. plus its a 12month contract

can i get out of this and choose a new isp? i want to call them up but would love some advice before i call.

EDIT: apparently my order never went through and the agent took £10 off me at the show. so iv asked for a MAC from my current isp so i can go to BT. cheers

brother and I were there, he was interested in it too so he has the guys info, bro said he'll call him, not sure if he has done so yet. As it stands if asked for a mac from BE and ~30min later got it and ordered bt fibre.


On another note I could get fibre but mate who lives closer to the exchange can't. He lives not even 2 mins away think I'm 600m away and he's like 300m, weird.

Ill call bro and see if he's called otherwise ill will.
