    Hi,

There seems to way on a users account to cancel orders. Do I have to get in touch with them via email or phone to cancel an order in the future. Not as simple as say 'play274.com system.

I could find no way of doing it on the site either.

I sent an email and they cancelled promptly. I asked if there was a way of doing it on the site but they didnt answer.

I cancel using the contact e-mail facility. They are incredibly efficient. I orderd We Were Soldiers weeks ago, forgot and then ordered a second one. Hours before they despatched my first order I cancelled. They responded within a very short space of time and cancelled the second one (not the first one which was 75p cheaper than the second).

I use all the major suppliers and have found CDWOW to be faultless (and they send 50p vouchers (sometimes)).

I find it appalling that they bill you instantly, even on pre-orders. As soon as I found out I cancelled all my orders and won't be using them again. Handing over money months before goods are even released?!?! I don't think so...

One of many suppliers that do. No big deal, rarely pre-order.
