Thinking of getting a dedicated 2 channel amp to run alongside my Yammy, and using a speakercraft switch to bring the fronts in when firing up the 2 channel amp.

But the question is, can I hook up the high level input to the Rel from the output side of the speaker switch so I don't lose the sub in cd playback?

I don't see any reason why this shouldn't work as the switch will be right behind the 2 amps, and the fronts are only a few feet from the amps, so there is no great length of cable, just don't know if there might be any sort of capacitive discharge that would upset the sensing circuit in the speaker switch?
