Can you help me test LGA1200 CPU?

I'm trying to build a gaming pc with an Intel i9 10900K CPU and MSI MEG Z490 Godlike motherboard.

First attempt got MB power cycling but once it boot up it would work as expected.
But once left powered off for some time it repeated the same behaviour. Motherboard was returned.

Second attempt with identical new motherboard sourced elsewhere and it shows even less life after powering on - displays "CPU ERROR - - " with the CPU diagnostic LED illuminated.

Tried all sorts but nothing. What are the chances of getting 2 new faulty MB?
*I have seen the cases of bricked Z490 MB after flashing the latest BIOS - but my MB is not working out the box and I doubt it will have any of the affected latest BIOS in it.

So now I'm keen to test my CPU in a known good working motherboard.

Would there be anyone in London (I'm in North London - Islington N7) with a spare socket LGA1200 motherboard that would be willing to test my 10th GEN CPU for me?
Or who can lend me a motherboard and/or a low-end (i3 Comet Lake) 10th GEN CPU for me to test my motherboard with?

It would be great to verify whether my CPU and/or MB are working ok before going any further.
