Hi, just as the question says - is there ant point haggling for a better price/contract in the shops? Don't really want to pay £129 (i think) for a n95 £35 month contract..

T-Mobile shops don;t have too much discreating as they phone CS themself to find out what deal they can offer you, so you can either do the phone haggling on a phone @ TM to customer services or phone them from home, you will normally get the basic package but once you say that's not good enough and you want to leave that's when the " discussions " take place,, you can normally tell when they are offering no more by and then it's upto you if you take their offer or switch networks

are you talking about an upgrade or a completely new contract? If its an upgrade then youll have to haggle with the loyalty and retentions people as the stores, (speaking frmo a t-mobile perspective, dunno about carphone), dont have control over the price of your upgrade. If its a new contract then yes there is some discretion for the store manager to discount. personally ive been discounting the n95 on our flext 35+web 'n' walk tariff if taking insurance too to combat carphone down the road.

You can get the N95 for free on Flext 35 + WnW (£42.50 a month) but you can always remove the WnW part after you take out the contract. The handset's normally £60 (iirr) but Carphone will discount this for you if you ask :)

Yes i'm wanting it on a new contract. Currently on orange but i want web'n'walk. Any idea where to get the best 12month £35 + web/walk contract from, without having to pay silly money for the handset?

I can't remember the exact price for the N95 on Flext 35 + WnW (12 months from Carphone), but the maximum reduction you can expect off the price will be £100, maybe £10-£20 more at the manager's discretion.
