I've got a bit of a problem. My HD5 has a bigger memory than my home PC! It's a creaky old thing that's only got 10GB hard drive and I'm running out of space because I've been ripping cds.

Is there a way to archive the ATRAC files from the hard drive onto cd? Or will I have to buy an external hard drive?

I'm planning to get a new PC in the autumn, but I can't wait that long to rip all my music.

    Help!

    Thanks

If you can afford it I would definately go the external hard drive route and you will still be able to use it when you get your new computer. Do you have USB2 or Firewire ports ?

I use my external HDD for my music and digital photographs mainly, but it's very useful for backing up important stuff on the main hard drive as well
